Midwife Care Notes for New Mummy
Miracle has been an absolute joy to have here in my nursery, she has formed a few little traits I thought I would share with you here to prepare you for her homecoming.
Miracle is now in a routine and she will sleep through the night without waking its very important that she feels very secure and snuggled when placed in her bassinet, I have found by wrapping her in her bunny rug and tightly tucking the sides of her bassinet blanket over her she feels very safe and warm and sleeps peacefully.
Miracle adores having her hair brushed I have found i can brush it in many different styles by gently wetting her little brush with some water she looks adorable with a little baby curl at the top of her head, and she loves to wear her little pink and white bow although you do need to watch her she does tend to try and take it off to play with.
Little Miracle being so tiny often feels the cold i try to make sure she keeps warm by dressing her with her little beanie, cardigan and socks, occasionally Miracle will pull one of her socks off and try to place it in her mouth its a good idea to have a spare pair handy just in case!
And Finally this little baby just loves cuddles and I know that once you hold her in your arms you wont want to put her down, I know because I'm holding her right now as i write this to you the lovely lady who is going to be her new forever mummy!
Here is Little Miracle sound asleep its always good to have her dummy close by it brings her such comfort :)
